1. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, using wallet services, government service forms, payment gateway tools, WhatsApp API tools, or any feature of Vishwakarma Digital Seva Kendra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, use your own mobile number and business details, and immediately report unauthorized account activity. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, API keys, tokens, and connected merchant or WhatsApp credentials.

3. KYC and Documents

Wallet activation and selected services may require KYC. You must upload genuine documents only. Fake, forged, edited, or unauthorized documents may result in account suspension, service rejection, wallet restrictions, and legal reporting where required.

4. Wallet and Payments

Wallet balance is used for platform services and approved deductions. Service charges are shown before submission where applicable. Refund, revert, or rejection handling depends on service status, payment confirmation, and platform policy. Payment gateway tokens and merchant credentials must be used only for lawful payment collection.

5. WhatsApp API and Messaging

WhatsApp API features are provided for compliant business communication. You must use approved templates where required, send messages only to opted-in recipients, maintain proof of consent, provide an opt-out path, and comply with Meta/WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, template rules, rate limits, quality rating requirements, and applicable telecom/data protection laws.

6. Prohibited WhatsApp Use

You must not use WhatsApp tools for spam, harassment, phishing, fraud, fake offers, adult/illegal content, hate, violence, gambling where prohibited, unauthorized financial services, misleading government claims, scraping, purchased contact lists, or any content rejected by Meta/WhatsApp policies.

7. Templates, Media, Webhooks, and API Keys

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of message templates, media files, webhook URLs, callback handling, API credentials, access tokens, and automation rules. Webhook endpoints and verify tokens must be kept secure. We may disable API access if misuse, excessive failure, suspicious traffic, or policy risk is detected.

8. Service Processing

Government or third-party service timelines are estimates and may change due to department, verification, OTP, document, or server delays. You agree to provide required OTP/document support only through official contact channels shown on the platform.

9. Security Rules

You must not attempt to bypass login protection, inspect or exploit private APIs, attack the server, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer restricted flows, upload executable files, or access another user's data. Suspicious activity may be logged, blocked, suspended, and reported.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, API keys, wallet access, merchant setup, or WhatsApp API access for fraud, policy violations, chargeback abuse, illegal use, KYC failure, spam complaints, Meta policy risk, or security concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user data, third-party downtime, Meta/WhatsApp restrictions, rejected templates, payment gateway outages, government portal delays, user credential leakage, or unlawful use by a user.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled under applicable Indian jurisdiction, subject to the nature of the service and transaction.
