1. Information We Collect

We collect information required to operate Vishwakarma Digital Seva Kendra, including name, mobile number, email address, account details, KYC documents, service application data, wallet transactions, payment status, support requests, device/IP logs, and communication preferences.

2. WhatsApp Business API Data

If you use our WhatsApp API, messaging, webhook, automation, or notification services, we may process WhatsApp phone numbers, message content, media attachments, templates, delivery/read/failed statuses, webhook payloads, sender details, business account identifiers, phone number IDs, access tokens, and callback events needed to send, receive, audit, and troubleshoot messages.

3. Customer Consent and Opt-in

Users must send WhatsApp messages only to recipients who have clearly opted in to receive messages from their business. You are responsible for keeping proof of opt-in, honoring opt-out requests, and following WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, and all applicable laws.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify identity, process services, operate wallet payments, send service updates, provide WhatsApp API access, deliver messages, manage templates, process webhook callbacks, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain audit logs, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Message Logs and Media

Message logs may include recipient number, message type, message body, media reference, template name, delivery status, timestamp, error response, and webhook event details. These logs are used for billing, troubleshooting, dispute handling, abuse prevention, and compliance.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers required to operate the platform, payment gateways, hosting providers, Meta/WhatsApp systems for message delivery, government/legal authorities when required, or with your consent.

7. Security

We use HTTPS enforcement on live domains, secure sessions, CSRF protection, password hashing, file upload validation, access controls, activity logging, and server-side checks to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. You must keep your login, API keys, access tokens, and webhook tokens confidential.

8. KYC and Documents

KYC and service documents are used for verification and service processing. Documents are not shared except where required for service fulfillment, compliance, or lawful requests.

9. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for login, security, and platform functionality. We do not require third-party advertising cookies for core services.

10. Retention and Deletion

We retain account, transaction, service, and message records as needed for billing, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where legally required.

11. User Responsibilities

You must not upload illegal content, send spam, send messages without consent, misuse customer data, share sensitive credentials, impersonate another person or business, or violate Meta/WhatsApp policies.
