  • Third-party service charges
  • Mobile recharge and bill payments

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide transaction details and reason
  3. Submit supporting documents if required
  4. Wait for verification and approval

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Bank credit: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet refund: Instant to 24 hours
  • UPI refund: 1-3 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • When service is partially completed
  • After deducting processing fees
  • For services with multiple components

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through:
